Metrea Ltd was formed in early 2007 and originally focussed purely on assisting organisations with the adoption of web analytics. Whenever an organisation needed someone to implement an analytics solution or to train their staff to make the most of an existing package we were ready to offer help and support.
Metrea rapidly expanded its client base with clients from all around the UK right from Dundee down to Ashford and from West Wales across to Norwich. We have staged regular training sessions both on-site with clients and open courses in Sheffield. Consultancy work swiftly followed and Metrea has regularly been contracted to provide an end-to-end service which starts with recommending which tools should be implemented based on available budgets and the insights required. Staff training, monthly ongoing support, reports and presentations to senior decision makers are all included in the typical contracts we have negotiated.
As the business developed in 2009, Metrea became heavily involved in Search Engine Optimisation & Search Engine Marketing for clients. In late 2009 and the first half of 2010 Metrea won contracts to provide general internet marketing services (e-newsletters, social media & database management work for a number of existing clients.
The economic downturn and the new Coalition Government has resulted major changes for some of Metrea's best known clients and as a result we are currently looking to form new relationships with organisations keen to develop their return on investment from online activities.
